Agrigear Tyre and Wheel Specialists proudly participated in the National Ploughing Championships 2024, held from September 17th to 19th at Ratheniska, Co. Laois. As one of Europe’s largest outdoor agricultural events, the Ploughing Championships attracted over 244,000 visitors across three days, a huge success and growth on last year’s event. This year's fantastic weather, with warm and sunny conditions, contributed to a highly engaging experience for attendees and exhibitors alike.

Agrigear, known for its expertise in agricultural, industrial, and off-the-road tyres, showcased a comprehensive range of products at BLOCK 4 – ROW 16 – STAND 338. Visitors to the stand had the opportunity to learn more about the latest innovations in tyres and wheels designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern farming. The stand showcased a wide range of BKT tyres, with options available to suit all sizes of tractors and agricultural machines. Agrigear wheel manufacturing and reconditioning expertise were also showcased. The stand featured four machines, a JCB 420S loader on BKT IF Agrimax tyres, a John Deere 7710 tractor on BKT VF Agrimax tyres, a Case Puma 165 tractor fitted with BKT IF Agrimax wheels on one side and BKT rowcrop wheels on the other side. Also on display was renowned social media influencer, Evenflow’s pristine MBtrac 1000, which attracted huge crowds of admirers.

Representing Agrigear at the event were Fred Clarke, Managing Director; Ronnie, Damien, and Shane from the sales team; and Preenu from the marketing team. Together, they engaged with visitors, provided expert advice, and discussed how Agrigear's products and services could enhance farming productivity. Some other staff members also attended the event to show their support and connect with the agricultural community.

The National Ploughing Championships is a key event for farmers and agricultural professionals across Ireland. This year, the event stood out not only for its increased attendance but also for its vibrant atmosphere, thanks to the sunny weather—a welcome change from the wet and muddy conditions of previous years. The 93rd edition of the Championships offered a perfect platform for Agrigear to engage with new and existing customers, demonstrate product innovations, and showcase their commitment to the farming industry.
With excellent engagement from attendees and the opportunity to network with industry professionals, Agrigear's participation at the National Ploughing Championships 2024 was undoubtedly a great success.
